When you purchase a whole beef from Rafter 2S Ranch you will expect approximately 750# hanging weight. This is the weight you will be charged for. After cooler shrinkage and waste from cutting you go home with approximately 55% to 60% of that 750lb hang weight. So you have approx 400# to 435# in the package go home meat cut exactly how you wanted.
When you purchase a half a beef from Rafter 2S Ranch you will expect approx 350# to 400# half hanging weight. This is the weight you will be charged for. After cooler shrinkage and waste you will go home with approx 55% to 60% of that said weight. Between 200# and 225# in package go home meat cut exactly how you wanted.
When you purchase a quarter of a beef from Rafter 2S Ranch you will expect approx 175# to 200# hanging weight. This is the weight you will be charged for. After cooler shrinkage and waste you will go home with approx 55% to 60% of that said weight. Between 100# and 125# in package go home meat cut exactly how you wanted.
